आयुर्वेदा सिखाता है की किसी भी बीमारी का जड़ कारण है शरीर में गन्दगी का रुकना – चाहे वो कोई भी बीमारी क्यों न हो – मोटापा, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर, मधुमेह, थाइरोइड, कोलेस्ट्रॉल, दमा, PCOD, पथरी । जो शरीर अंदर से साफ है उसमें कोई बीमारी हो ही नही सकती । इस वीडियो में हम शरीर में से गन्दगी निकालने के तीन शक्तिशाली तरीके जानेगे। जब शरीर अंदर से साफ होगा तो वज़न अपनेआप कम होगा, त्वचा साफ़ हो जाएगी और पहले से बहुत ज्यादा फुर्ती महसूस होगी।
