In this Video I talk about the common Cause for Knee pain especially in the middle – aged people.
Osteoarthritis is the most common cause !
However the treatment that needs to be given is most often not done,
Osteoarthritis even though is a joint disease, it can be managed and even prevented by STRENGTHENING the muscles of the lower limbs (Legs) !
In this Video, I have shown only the very Basic exercises to target specific muscles to help reduce pain and improve the strength.
