There are several things you can do naturally and today I will highlight one.

Known for its spicy-hot taste, cayenne makes an excellent topical ointment that relieves joint pain.
To make your topical paste, mix 1 Tablespoons cayenne pepper with 1/4 cup cocoa butter, coconut oil, or I use my Frosting (it has shea and coca butter but many other healing properties)
Simply mix these two together!
Rub this ointment on the affected area.
To make a topical paste, mix 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper with 1/2 cup of cocoa butter, lanolin, or coconut oil. Apply it directly to the sore joint. You can also mix 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and soak sore hands or feet for 20 minutes to reduce pain and inflammation.
Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which gives the spice its heat.Capsiacin is actually a pain-reducing substance. it works by affect
Capsaicin depletes substance “P”, a chemical in our body that sends pain signals to the brain from the local nervous system, so you have less pain signals.
