This Beginners class works on:
Flexibility in the Upper and Lower back
Activation of the “Core Muscles” – the deeper stabilising muscles around the spine and stomach
Strengthening of the Gluts (Bottom Muscles)
This gives you a fantastic foundation for some of the more challenging exercises too.
Please note that parts of this class may NOT be suitable if you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
