What are the arthritis causes and what are all the rheumatoid arthritis treatment available in the market. What should be the rheumatoid arthritis diet plan and what are the best arthritis exercises to perform. English translation of the video: In Rheumatoid arthritis people do tend to try so many things at once or they even try many other stuffs on their own.Basically it has no cure in any pathy and people think that we have to do all these stuffs throughout life and in the end every patient gets demotivated, discouraged that this illness can’t be cured. But we request you to follow this 3 prayog as mentioned in earlier video and take good precautions on diet, proper lifestyle and exercises (separate videos on this) and we are pretty sure 100% RA can be cured. People with increased deformity and who cant perform vayumudra efficiently so there is a 4th prayoga for RA patients.
Mix together 8-10 leaves of parizad flower (Parijat, night-flowering jasmine, Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, the night-flowering jasmine) 5-7 basil leaves, 4-5 neem (azadirachta indica) leaves, a pinch of Saunth (zingiber officinale) & black pepper, a small piece of jaggery
put this all together in a bowl containing 1-1.5 glass of water and boil it. Boil it in a room and switch the fan ON and keep windows open too. Start doing pranayam and inhale this vapors by doing pranayaam or do deep breathing. Once 60-70% of water is gone let the remaining water gets cool down and then filter the water and drink it as the last step. Do this daily for at least 40 days to see very good results.
The earlier 3 prayogas are very simple to perform:
1. Vaayu Mudra: Detailed explanation in writing is given in 1st video given. 2. Garlic Tactic: Detailed explanation in writing is given in 1st video given. 3. Pranayaam: Perform this empty stomach early morning and in the evening 1 hour before dinner. It’s simple and before starting this perform Vaayu Mudra for 5 minutes.After this close your left nostril and take a breadth inside from your right nostril Once you inhale the breadth, hold the breadth and rub/massage your joints wherever you have pain(See video for more info) and then breadth out with your left nostril. Do this 4-5 times for every joint. While you will perform this prayoga for 4-5 days both in the morning and evening you will feel almost 50% reduction in your pains. Later on Chaudhary Sir has explained how to perform Pranayaam if you have joint pain in Shoulder/Elbow/Wrist.
Apart from doing the above mentioned prayogas, patients need to restrict themselves by avoiding some particular food/grains.
pigeon peas spilt and skinned, Patato, Brinjal, Spinach, Reduce eating rice. Use Green gram pulse instead of pigeon peas.
Avoid sleeping where there is a mositure and avoid fan/ac as well or dont put yourself in too cold environment.
Curd, Buttermilk, Sour fruits must be avoided. One must take food accordingly – lunch around 11 or 11.30 am & Dinner around 7pm.
Drink some milk before sleeping. Wash you clothes & bedsheets and let them get dry in Sun, this helps.
