Today i am make a sweet with sesame seed
Its very delicious and healthy
Many people have hair loss they take daily sesame seed they reduce hair fall and get strong and black hair

So iam make a sweet

The ingrediants of sesame laddu:
Sesame seeds:1 kg
Coconut 1
Jaggery 600grms
Cardamom one spoon

Sesame seed wash well 5-10 times then dry under sunlight. Then roast then blend
Blend coconut
Dilute one and half glass water and boil it jaggery sirup (thickness like honey)

Take a pot add first sesame blended then mix cardamom then mix coconut then add the 3/4 jaggery add this mixture then mix well if the mixture is ready to ball shaping do not add more jaggery
Other wise add full sirup
Shape all this mixture to ball shape its ready to use after one or two hours later
Its not only a sweet
